Polaroid has wound up their biz although lately rumour says it has revived. I'm not sure how true it is but seems like the films will be pretty costly even if it's true.
If you're looking at instant photography, you can check out Fuji Instax Cameras. They are of course not as cool as those vintage looking polaroid cameras but work just as great.
